Indigenous Nursing graduate receives a very special video call in honour of International Nurses' Day

Male midwife is one of a kind

After completing more than 2500 hours of placement, JCU nursing sciences student, Sam Gale, will be the only man in his cohort to graduate as a midwife. He will start next year at the Mater Hospital in Townsville.
