The activity also included, a historical walking tour of Gold Coast's oldest high-rise, built in 1959/60, provided a unique perspective on the area's development. At Paradox Coffee Roasters, a modern cafe with a cellar door approach, the team explored innovative business models for potential curriculum integration. The day also included a 'getting to know the team' session to foster relationships, followed by a discussion on teaching philosophies and the THM team’s SITED model.
