View the Presentation Slides HERE Lucas Hickey graduated from JCU with a Bachelor of Laws in 2009 and a Masters of Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2010. Following his admission as a solicitor in the same year, Lucas began his dedication to the areas of commercial, property, wills, and estates law. Lucas's expertise extends across various regions of Queensland, including Townsville, Whitsundays, Toowoomba, and Brisbane, where he has gained extensive experience and honed his skills in these areas of practice.
With a focus on commercial matters, Lucas has successfully handled diverse transactions, ranging from small family-owned enterprises to complex negotiations involving leases, joint ventures, and stakeholder agreements. In the realm of wills and estate planning, Lucas has provided invaluable guidance to clients, offering solutions for everything from simple wills to intricate succession planning.
In addition to his professional achievements, Lucas holds a deep commitment to his family. In 2022, he made the decision to relocate back to Townsville. Despite the move he continues to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of CreeveyHorrell Lawyers, establishing a new office in Townsville, and actively engaging with regional communities.
