Description

These honeyeaters are common in the area, readily recognized by the large patch of blue skin around the eyes, olive-green in the juvenile. Head is black, chin and throat is dark grey, body is olive green, and underparts are white. Legs and feet grey, eyes yellow, bill light grey darkening towards the tip. They are co-operative breeders.
