Do you have a passion for law?
JCU is proud to present our upcoming Legal Studies Conference. The conference will delve into legal concepts, principles and contemporary issues surrounding fundamental human rights in various contexts including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' self-determination, political participation, constitutional and law reform, and implied and express rights. Specific issues and concepts related to the upcoming referendum on the Voice to Parliament will also be discussed.
