JCU Engineering Futures Fund
Dedicated to supporting and encouraging the study of engineering in the North, gifts to this fund enable scholarships, grants and other development activities for current and future engineering students.
JCU Indigenous Student Support Fund
Your contribution helps JCU to provide grants, academic scholarships and many more opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.

On his retirement we reflect on the career of Professor Andrew Krockenberger. Andrew is a respected scholar and leader who has made important academic contributions to the study of Australia’s unique fauna as well as supporting the development of research and research infrastructure at JCU.
Emeritus Professor Peter Leggat Memorial Fund
Established to honour our dear friend and colleague, all funds raised will support and inspire generations of students and early career academics pursuing Peter's legacy in travel and tropical medicine.
Karina Lynch Memorial Fund
Established in 2022 in memory of our colleague and friend, Karina Lynch. The fund aims to support students undertaking work integrated learning activities.
Crozier Prize for Evolution
Established in 2021 to collect donations from friends and colleagues of the late Professor Ross Crozier, the fund aims to support a perpetual student prize named in Ross's honour to recognise his achievements in the field of evolutionary biology and his service to JCU.
Dr Maryanne Balanzategui Prize
The Dr Maryanne Balanzategui Prize Fund has been established to honour Maryanne Balanzategui. The fund aims to support a perpetual student prize named in Maryanne's honour to recognise her commitment to rural medicine.
Types of Donations
JCU accepts cash, shares and fully paid insurance policies where the University is named as the beneficiary. In some cases the University will also accept realty, art, antiques, jewellery, coins and other items of value.
