Use the prior learning you received in your VET/TAFE qualification to receive a pathway into JCU courses.
An existing qualification from a VET or TAFE provider, such as a Certificate III, Certificate IV or an AQF Diploma, means you may be eligible for guaranteed entry into certain JCU Bachelor's degrees.* Your qualification may also count as credit toward your chosen course, helping you complete your studies sooner.
Equip yourself for a unique and rewarding Australian study experience with JCU's range of pathway options for international students. Preparatory courses and qualifications are available to ensure your academic success, providing you with a range of useful study skills, while discipline -specific courses prepare you for direct entry into targeted Bachelor degrees.
*Successful completion of a Pathway program can enable students to meet the entry requirements for study areas such as Arts, Business, Law, Engineering, Nursing, Science, Information Technology, Pharmacy, and Sport and Exercise Science. For students wishing to apply to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery; Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery; Bachelor of Physiotherapy; or Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honours), JCU Prep can only be used to fulfil subject pre-requisites, not ATAR entry requirements.
