34-011C Group table

There are seven work group tables in the room 34-011C, each seating six persons.

Each work group table is fitted with the following equipment/controls

• Flat Panel Display – wall mounted adjacent to the group table

• An HDMI cable is provided for the connection of a student laptop to the wall mounted display by selecting Laptop on the wall mounted AV button control at each table.

• AV button control – wall mounted below the flat screen monitor

Connect and display a student laptop on the wall mounted monitor

1. Connect the HDMI cable to the laptop

2. Activate the laptop’s dual display

3. Press Laptop on the AV button control (wall mounted below the flat panel display).

A lectern presentation will override a student’s laptop on the wall mounted monitors.
